This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role is fully Remote, allowing you to lead teams and manage accounts from anywhere in the country. This is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 170,000 CAD to 200,000 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Data Management programs for high-profile clients in the Sports & Gaming sector.
- Drive delivery excellence by implementing industry best practices and innovative data solutions.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through strategic delivery.
- Monitor project health and KPIs to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data and analytics delivery management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of data management lifecycles and modern analytics frameworks.
- Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic account growth.
