This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, offering a fully Remote work mode. This role is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements from various units and translate them into technical decisioning solutions.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to present relevant and eligible offers to customers.
- Coordinate the intake process for new requirements and manage the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and perform testing on changes to decisioning logic to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis within a decisioning environment.
- Ability to translate complex business logic into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience managing long-term contract projects and delivering milestones on time.
