In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that decisioning logic is accurately translated to deliver relevant and eligible offers to customers. You will work closely with various business units to intake requirements and oversee the testing of logic changes to maintain high system accuracy.

This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, operating as a Remote role. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable Decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and document decisioning requirements.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic used to present eligible offers to customers.
- Coordinate and execute testing for changes made to decisioning logic to ensure accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for a two-year contract lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst in a decisioning environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical logic and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of decisioning engines and customer offer eligibility workflows.
- Experience managing technical testing phases and validating system outputs.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing between business stakeholders and developers.
