This is a Remote contract position based in California, US. This role is a Full-time contract engagement and is not an Internship. The compensation for this position is approximately 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable Decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and document decisioning requirements.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to ensure customers receive eligible and relevant offers.
- Coordinate and execute testing for all changes made to decisioning logic and systems.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for decisioning initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis within a decisioning environment.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical logic and functional specifications.
- Experience managing technical workflows and coordinating between business and IT teams.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies to validate decisioning outcomes and system changes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across multiple business units.
