This is a Full-time Contract position based in Bellevue, King County, but offers a Remote work mode. This is not an Internship. The salary for this position is 95,116 USD.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and replace the existing Slack-based helpdesk automation product
- Develop and expand in-house application foundations for internal use
- Build custom automation capabilities to improve helpdesk efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for automation
- Maintain and optimize automated workflows within internal systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in automation engineering or AI-driven tool development
- Strong proficiency in integrating third-party APIs, specifically Slack
- Experience building and scaling internal business applications
- Ability to take high ownership of the full software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills regarding workflow optimization
