Mindrift is seeking a skilled Freelance Chatbot Developer to join the Tendem project. In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will design and build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will provide critical bot engineering expertise and conversational design judgment to enhance the Tendem ecosystem.

This is a Freelance position based in London, UK, operating in a Remote capacity. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary is 107,454 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents to integrate AI automation with human oversight
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user engagement and flow
- Engineer scalable messaging platform integrations within the hybrid AI environment
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on chatbot responses and logic
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous messaging patterns
- Ability to balance technical bot engineering with user-centric conversational design
- Experience working with AI-driven environments or LLM integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as a freelancer
