Role overview

Keeper Security is seeking a Digital Accessibility Analyst to join the Product team. In this role, you will ensure that cybersecurity software remains inclusive and accessible to all users globally, maintaining high standards of usability across various platforms and languages.

This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, with Hybrid options available for candidates near Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA. This is not an Internship. The annual salary for this position is 124,544 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive accessibility audits across the Keeper Security product suite.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to remediate accessibility barriers.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Section 508 standards.
  • Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines for design and development teams.
  • Test software using various assistive technologies including screen readers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Accessibility Analyst or in a similar UI/UX quality role.
  • Deep knowledge of WCAG guidelines and international accessibility standards.
  • Experience testing web and desktop applications for accessibility compliance.
  • Ability to document technical accessibility issues and provide clear remediation steps.
  • Strong communication skills to advocate for inclusive design across the organization.
