Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams building Outschool's learning platform
- Define technical strategy and architecture for scalable educational technology
- Collaborate with product and design leaders to deliver innovative features
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices and process improvements
- Build and retain high-performing engineering talent across distributed teams
- Partner with executive leadership on technology roadmap and business goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams
- Strong technical background in platform architecture and system design
- Experience building consumer-facing products at scale
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
