Role overview

pubGENIUS is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Growth & Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts. As a full-stack marketing leader, you will drive scalable growth for our elite React.js and Next.js development agency, targeting high-value clients in Fintech, Healthcare, and Enterprise B2B SaaS. You will be responsible for building the engine that generates high-quality leads and expands our market presence across the US and Europe.

This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role operates in a Remote capacity. This is a senior leadership position and is not an Internship. The annual salary for this role is 124,911 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to increase high-quality lead flow.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns targeting Fintech and Healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to align value propositions with technical capabilities.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and growth metrics to iterate on acquisition channels and conversion rates.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI across paid and organic channels.
  • Build a scalable lead nurturing system to convert prospects into long-term engineering partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving growth for B2B SaaS or technical agency services.
  • Deep expertise in full-stack marketing, including SEO, SEM, and paid social acquisition.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical value propositions for React and Next.js services.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience operating in high-compliance industries such as Fintech or Healthcare.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
