BLC BACKLOTCARS is seeking a driven Independent Account Executive to join their team. In this role, you will help expand the reach of OPENLANE, a leading digital marketplace for used vehicles, by driving wholesale remarketing success through data-driven insights and innovative sales strategies.

Job details

This is a Full-time, Remote position based in Carmel, Hamilton County. This role is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 58,240 USD to 60,008 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within the digital vehicle marketplace.
  • Consult with customers to provide actionable data insights for buying and selling vehicles.
  • Drive adoption of the OPENLANE platform among wholesale automotive dealers.
  • Execute strategic sales outreach to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment across the EST timezone.
  • Comfortable using data and technology to drive sales decisions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
