This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this role is £63,000 - £103,000 GBP per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams consisting of 8 to 20 software engineers.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices architectures.
- Drive the technical roadmap for Node.js and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimize asynchronous processing patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams of 8-20 people.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js, Express, or NestJS.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Proven track record as a technical architect designing complex systems.
