In this role, you will manage key relationships within our procurement marketplace and practice management ecosystem, ensuring that veterinary hospitals maximize the value of our platforms to improve pet healthcare experiences.

This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, allowing you to support our network of over 25,000 hospitals across all 50 states. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 90,000 USD to 120,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of veterinary hospital accounts across the US.
- Drive adoption of Vetcove's procurement marketplace and practice management system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at client hospitals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the pet parent healthcare experience.
- Analyze account health metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate complex software ecosystems.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or healthcare-related technology.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding retention and growth targets.
