This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the US. This is not an Internship. The annual salary for this role is 44,555 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable enterprise web solutions using the WordPress platform.
- Collaborate with OIT and Marketing/Communications to align digital experiences with institutional goals.
- Ensure all web properties meet high standards for accessibility and performance.
- Implement and manage integrations between WordPress and other academic technology systems.
- Optimize website speed and stability to support high volumes of student engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a focus on enterprise-scale sites.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience implementing web accessibility standards (WCAG) for digital content.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex website integrations and API connections.
