Responsibilities
- Define, document, and analyze system integration tests for complex payroll applications
- Interact with developers and stakeholders to align on testing objectives and requirements
- Develop comprehensive test plans and prepare necessary test data for execution
- Execute and document detailed test scripts to ensure software stability
- Interpret test results and communicate defects to the development team
- Review user requirements to ensure full test coverage across all features
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or QA Analyst in a senior capacity
- Strong expertise in system integration testing for enterprise software
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable test plans
- Experience working with payroll or financial software applications
- Excellent documentation skills for test scripts and execution reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
