Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate comprehensive testing procedures for payroll application products.
- Develop detailed testing scripts and strategic plans to ensure full requirement coverage.
- Prepare complex data sets to validate system logic, error handling, and workflows.
- Lead functional testing efforts to ensure software meets organizational quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-user requirements and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Engineer or Functional Test Lead.
- Strong expertise in designing test cases for complex business logic and workflows.
- Ability to create and manage complex data sets for rigorous system testing.
- Experience with payroll applications or similar financial software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying software defects.
