Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for AI-enabled digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python to ensure software stability.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate quality checks into the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership on testing best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end testing process for complex enterprise-level applications.
- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks to improve overall product quality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Test Engineer or QA Lead with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software for enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical teams and define quality benchmarks for AI products.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in complex digital environments.
