This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. This is a senior professional placement and is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 120,000 USD to 140,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Implement and optimize large language model (LLM) workflows to improve system accuracy and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the AI pipeline to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Stay current with emerging AI research to implement state-of-the-art agentic frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on agentic workflows or autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
- Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience designing scalable backend systems to support AI-driven applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
