This is a full-time, Remote position based in the Philippines. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this role is 108,004 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web projects from conceptual wireframes to final deployment.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Review code and design prototypes to ensure high quality and accessibility standards.
- Optimize website performance and user journey flows to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within web development or UX design.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and responsive design principles.
- Expertise in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong ability to manage remote teams and deliver projects on strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
