Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web projects from conceptual design to deployment.
- Define and implement design standards to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize website performance and accessibility to improve overall user engagement.
- Review code and design prototypes to maintain high quality and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within web development or UI/UX.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful web projects and user-centric design solutions.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and business owners.
- Ability to manage remote teams effectively across different time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
