Responsibilities
- Lead the web development and UI/UX design team to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to final deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and designers to improve technical skills and design thinking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing web development and design teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX principles and modern web technologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and business executives.
