This is a full-time, Remote position based in the Philippines. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this role is 125,630 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web projects from conceptual wireframes to final deployment.
- Define and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Conduct regular design and code reviews to ensure industry best practices are followed.
- Optimize website performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across multiple devices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within web development or UX design.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user research, and prototyping tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and web standards.
- Ability to manage remote teams and deliver projects within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
