Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines to support high-volume hiring data.
- Lead the integration of data streams from multiple acquired platforms into a unified system.
- Optimize data warehouse performance and ensure high availability of critical datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and governance standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the data organization.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in data engineering or backend software development.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and data architectures.
- Expertise in modern data stack tools and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data processing frameworks.
