Responsibilities
- Provide high-level production support for business-critical Python applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain operational stability
- Analyze system behavior and performance to identify root causes of failures
- Dedicate approximately 30% of time to developing enhancements and bug fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application reliability
- Monitor system health and implement proactive maintenance strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in software support or development
- Expert-level proficiency in Core Python and production environment support
- Proven track record of analyzing and resolving critical production incidents
- Strong understanding of application lifecycles and maintenance workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
