This is a Full-time Contract-to-Hire position based in Tysons Corner, Fairfax County, operating as a Remote role (EST preferred). This is not an Internship. The offered salary is 168,597 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python and Django.
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs via Django REST Framework.
- Collaborate with clients, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to define software requirements.
- Manage relational database schemas and ensure data integrity across the application.
- Implement modern JavaScript frameworks to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a focus on Python and Django.
- Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and frontend development best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, preferably within EST time zone.
