This role focuses on building and scaling production-ready LLM systems and agentic workflows to drive intelligent automation. You will be responsible for developing robust evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of AI agents in a live production environment.

This is a full-time, Remote position based in India. This is a professional senior-level role and is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 2,000,000 INR to 5,000,000 INR.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI agent systems for production environments
- Develop and maintain rigorous evaluation pipelines to measure LLM performance
- Optimize agentic workflows to improve accuracy, latency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with LLMs or agent systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern software architecture patterns
- Proven track record of deploying AI-driven features to a live user base
- Experience with LLM evaluation metrics and benchmarking tools
