Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade Python services for the platform infrastructure.
- Optimize system performance and ensure the reliability of backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and architecture.
- Maintain and scale existing services to handle increasing workloads and data volume.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience building and operating Python services.
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade software.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
