Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements from various units and translate them into technical decisioning solutions.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to present relevant and eligible offers to customers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business goals are aligned with technical execution.
- Manage the testing process for changes to decisioning logic to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for decisioning-related technical updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into logical technical specifications.
- Experience with decisioning engines or logic-based offer management systems.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse business units.
- Experience managing contract-based technical delivery timelines.
