This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, offering a fully Remote work mode. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed decisioning solutions and logic.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and refine decisioning requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of logic used to present eligible offers to customers.
- Manage the testing phase for all decisioning changes to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Coordinate between technical developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical logic and functional specifications.
- Experience with decisioning systems or rules-based engine implementations.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across different business units.
- Demonstrated ability to manage testing cycles and quality assurance processes.
