This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, offering a fully Remote work mode. This role is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable Decisioning solutions.
- Manage the intake of requirements from various business units to define decisioning logic.
- Ensure the delivery of relevant and eligible offers to customers through precise logic implementation.
- Lead the testing phase for all changes made to decisioning systems to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables over the course of the two-year contract.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business systems analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical logic and specifications.
- Experience with decisioning engines or automated offer management systems.
- Demonstrated skill in testing and validating technical changes in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse business units.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
