This is a freelance, full-time position based in Hamburg, Deutschland, but offered as a Remote opportunity. This is not an internship. The initial contract duration is 3 months with the possibility of extensions. The salary range for this engagement is 2,080 EUR to 208,000 EUR depending on the contract structure.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within a SaaS product environment
- Coordinate customer service process improvements and technical implementations
- Report progress and project health directly to the Team Lead
- Ensure alignment between product goals and technical execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a SaaS or E-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of payment domains and customer service workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing full-time workloads in a freelance capacity
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical tasks
- Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period
