This is a Full-time remote position based out of Talcott Village, Hartford County. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this role is 162,164 USD. Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of maintaining a DoD Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complex hardware and software systems.
- Conduct detailed validation analysis to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve system defects.
- Document test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability of product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in system testing and validation within a senior engineering role.
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet government security requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in validation documentation.
