Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and validation procedures for complex systems.
- Analyze test results to identify defects and drive root cause analysis for system failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all validation activities align with government and industry security standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test or Validation Engineer in a high-reliability industry.
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to maintain required security clearances.
- Strong technical background in system verification and validation methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
