Role overview

Atreides Caseri Inc. is seeking a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable cloud solutions. This senior leadership role focuses on architecting robust infrastructure to support high-availability services and optimizing cloud operations.

Job details

This is a full-time, remote position based out of Shoreditch, East London. This is not an internship. The salary range for this role is ยฃ70,000 - ยฃ94,000 GBP per year.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions independently
  • Manage and optimize AWS services including EKS, VPC, EC2, S3, and RDS
  • Lead the implementation of security best practices using IAM and KMS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform stability
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and mid-level engineers
  • Oversee network configuration and routing via Route53 and VPC

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior or principal capacity
  • Expert-level proficiency with AWS ecosystem and core services
  • Proven track record of delivering complete cloud infrastructure independently
  • Experience with Azure services such as AKS and VMs is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of cloud identity and monitoring tools
