This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, operating in a fully Remote mode. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary range is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical Decisioning solutions
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and refine decisioning requirements
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to present eligible offers to customers
- Coordinate and execute testing for changes made to decisioning systems
- Manage project timelines and deliverables over a two-year contract period
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis
- Ability to translate complex business needs into logical technical specifications
- Experience with decisioning engines or automated offer management systems
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across business units
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
